The Adams County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is a coordination and planning body for hazardous materials located in the County. In the legislation establishing LEPCs, Congress expressly intends the LEPCs to serve as a focal point in the community for information and discussion about hazardous substance emergency planning, and health and environmental risks.

Submit Tier II Reports directly to the Colorado Department of Health and Environment (CDPHE).

Note: Adams County LEPC and local fire department/districts do not require a separate copy.

LEPC Meetings 

The Adams County LEPC meets on the fourth Monday of every odd month, 9-11 a.m. Meetings are in person in the Adams County Conference Center or can be attended virtually on the Microsoft Teams platform.
