The Adams County Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) is a coordination and planning body for hazardous materials located in the County. In the legislation establishing LEPCs, Congress expressly intends the LEPCs to serve as a focal point in the community for information and discussion about hazardous substance emergency planning, and health and environmental risks.

 | LEPC MeetingsThe Adams County LEPC meets on the fourth Monday of every odd month, 9-11 a.m. Meetings are in person in the Adams County Conference Center or can be attended virtually on the Microsoft Teams platform.
