If a Tri-County Health Department review is required on a land use case, the Case Manager will inform the applicant and Tri-County Health will invoice for their review fee.
As of Oct. 1, 2022, we will no longer collect review fees for Tri-County Health Department reviews on land use cases. This is being done due to the transition to the new Adams County Health Department on Jan. 1, 2023.
